Outdoor activities in Lieser-/Maltatal

The surrounding area is also an El Dorado for walkers, hikers and climbers

over 300 km of marked hiking trails at all elevations.  Leisurely family hikes or high-alpine climbing with certified mountain guides (we boast five 3,000-metre peaks to conquer) - how difficult you make it is entirely up to you.

Or how about some cycling, mountain biking, rafting, canyoning, sampler climbing lessons, fishing, golf, horse treks and tennis? And don't forget your mountain bike - the Maltahochalm, Nockalm, Goldeck and Grossglockner roads invite you to enjoy a wonderful bike tour.

Only 3km far from our campsite there is the "Fallbach" - Carinthias highest free falling waterfall. Stay there and get some new energy because of the Feucht-Ionen Wind, which has a regenerating effect on your lung and the whole nervous system.
There is also a beautiful and exciting park for everybody in your family and a spectacular and perfectly hedged sports climbing.
